Monday-what does your happy/victory dance look like? Great for use in a bowling alley, when you have eaten something delicious or someone has made you blissful. Evan Almighty & football players have one-why not you!
Tuesday-Turn on some tunes, close the door and shake you groove thing. It’s like your own club without the cigarette haze and strangers groping you!
Wednesday-Slow dance with someone you love. I highly recommend Erin Bode for the music selection.
Thursday-Watch a dance video or show. There are a ton of them out there. Watch, enjoy and maybe learn!
Friday-Try a dance class. Gyms, dance studios and more offer classes for a fun workout and a way to dance the calories away. Zumba, Hip Hop, Salsa, Belly Dance, Bangra, Irish Step, Line Dancing. Try one!
