This week’s word: Remembrance-memory, token, reminiscence.I think of it as remembering with reverence.
“The heart hath its own memory, like the mind. And in it are enshrinedthe precious keepsakes, into which is wrought the giver’s loving thought.” ~ H.W. Longfellow
ACTION!!!!Monday-Remembrance for our soldiers, those who served before and those who still do. Observe a time of silence for them.
Tuesday-Remembrance of a joyful childhood time. Try to incorporate something from that time into your life today. ( I am off to eat a sandy hotdog!)
Wednesday-Remembrance for a passed loved one. Write down at least one thing they taught you and pass it on to someone else.
Thursday-“This Do in Remembrance of Me.” Where have you seen this quote? What does it mean to you?
Friday-Remembrance of dreams fulfilled. What dreams do you have that still need to come true? “What we have once enjoyed we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us.” ~ Helen Keller
Enjoy your week, smile frequently, laugh often and love always. -Charity
