The purpose of having personal boundaries is to take care of and protect ourselves.Having boundaries brings order and help us to gain a clearer sense of ourselves.
Monday-Set boundaries for yourself in relationships. Decide what you are NOT willing to do for/in the relationship.
Tuesday-Say no!! It’s a complete sentence and guard your boundaries.
Wednesday-Own up and express your feelings. You are a separate and unique individual who deserves to have boundaries respected.
Thursday-Quit the blame game and take responsibility for your life. The power is in your hands, not someone else’s.
Friday- Be assertive, not aggressive. If someone crosses your line, let them know in a respectful and clear way.
