Word of the Week-Renew

Spring is here and this season is all about renewal.
Renew-to restore, to begin or take up again, to revive, reestablish, restore

Monday-take some time to renew your spirit. Quietly. Alone.
We need quiet time to examine our lives openly & honestly…spending quiet time alone gives your mind an opportunity to renew itself & create order -Susan Taylor

Tuesday-renew a commitment/goal. Make sure you write it down and make it happen!

Wednesday-check out some art, read a book on a topic you don’t usually read.
It is the function of art to renew our perception. What we are familiar with we cease to see. The writer shakes up the familiar scene, and, as if by magic, we see a new meaning in it –Anais Nin

Thursday-find a way to renew your body. Drink some green tea, take a walk in nature, hug someone.
We must always change, renew, rejuvenate ourselves; otherwise we harden -Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Friday-take a nap!
Rest when you’re weary. Refresh & renew yourself, your body, your mind, your spirit. Then get back to work -Ralph Marston
