A pause conveys an unspoken message that can change or strengthen the meaning of the words.
There is great wisdom within a pause
Monday- Explore the pauses & open spaces in your own life & rest your mind there, even if only for a few moments.
Tuesday-During daily activities notice the spaces around you.
Wednesday-Notice the pauses all around you. They are there between every inhalation & exhalation, before sneezing, before movement, before every thought, everywhere.
Thursday- Pause before you speak. Take a breath and then respond.
Friday-With each pause, you recover a little more understanding of your true Self. What did you learn about yourself this week?
