Wednesday-Learning to live in the present moment is part of the path of joy Sarah Ban Breathnach (she wrote a fabulous book about finding the joy in everyday life called Simple Abundance). Find joy in the everyday activities you do each day-taking a shower, washing clothes and eating. Notice how you feel more grateful too!
