Monday-Pause for a moment and think about the word moment. Read over the definition above again and let it sink it.

Tuesday-This is the only time we have-this moment! Try to savor as many moments as possible today. The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly. -Buddha

Wednesday-Are there some things you are struggling with today? Just know that whatever is going on, you can still find the positive. You can’t let one bad moment spoil a bunch of good ones. -Dale Earnhardt

Thursday-Today, choose to make each interaction with others as a new experience, a new moment. Leave the baggage from the past at home and meet with people as if for the first time. What you need to know about the past is that no matter what has happened, it has all worked together to bring you to this very moment. And this is the moment you can choose to make everything new. Right now.

Friday-Smile. Grow happy flowers! This very moment is a seed from which the flowers of tomorrow’s happiness grow. -Margaret Lindsey
