Of Harsh Reality & Want of Sweet Dreams

I am tired. Exhausted. Sleep needed like a skiddish kitten, taunts me with its sweetness then claws me in the face. Coughing fits to tire my body. Wish they would purge my soul. My heart is weak and strengthened. It hurts and feels lifted. The roller coaster of my life is causing the bends. I can’t seem to find a stable foot to stand on. A place to ground me. A place to hold me. I long to be seen and cherished in the view uncovered. I want to be hidden, mysterious. Hide my need, deny them until their existence disappears. Need just leads to disappointment. What do I need? A safe place. A safe person. A place of beauty and light. A face to place against mine. A body to wrap around me, protect me, and to wake up the skin with delight. To sparkle ecstasy in eyes of acceptance and peace.

To feel, unbidden, unbridled, uncontained. To burst with happiness, excitement and love…

and so shall be…mine.

Do what you love

My deep dreams are peace & stillness. Calm amongst the chaos. Deep breathes taken frequently & stretches with my body. Play. Laughter. Tickles with Littles. Feeling my body in the here & now. Grounded. Whole Complete. Move. I want to have my own chickens & bees. My own fabulous vegetable garden full of yummy things to eat. A flower patch for sitting near to dream & gaze into. A moon garden for sleeping under. A fort for the children to conquer & protect. Smiles & Earth. Outside & open. Surrounded by wonderful smells of vanilla & honey. Beeswax & lilac. Blueberry & strawberry. Heaven scent. Teas for sipping. Wine in a tall glass. Delicate. Sucking the richness of life. Leaving this Earthly body empty. Used up. Emptied out. All dreams exhausted & spent. Fulfilled in their own way. Listening to the thoughts of others. Helping them on their path. Seeing the God in each of them. Holding the hands of my boys  & walking together. Running. Filling our hands with dirt & mud. Learning in the world. Leaning into life full tilt. Exploring. To give the messenger an ear-full to send to the Creator.

What does your ideal day look like?

What parts of the day bring you the most joy & fulfillment?

If money, time people or life was no object right now what would you do, what would you start, where would you go?

What steps would you have to take to make your dream a reality?

If I could I could…

Yup. I got a lot to do. Off I go to see & make my dreams come true!

How about YOU?! What are your deep dreams?

Thank you

Play List

I Had a Dream by Pricilla Ahn                       Mamma Mia Soundtrack I Have A Dream

Otis Redding I Got Dreams to Remember     That’s What Makes you Beautiful

Dreams are straining to be born and realized. Remembered and pursued. Like lovers. Embrace them with your whole heart and give in to the desires of your soul.

What are your dreams?

What do you want?

What if…

Throw out the question of how and just let your mind run wild with daydreams.

Affirmations: My dreams have beauty and value. I will treat them, and myself, like precious jewels. Awed by the power my fantasies hold.

I turn my dreams into reality and even if I don’t, there is value in dreaming

What are you waiting for?!

Dreams. Delicious dreams.

Ones that linger in the mind upon waking. Those that keep you up at night.

Dance with your dreams

Do them!
