Sending you in 2015

Sparkle Elephant

I am sending you…

Sunshine  ribbons of warm light

Wind whispers-listen closely

Adventure Owls reminding you to always believe in yourself

Spider webs to remind you of spontaneity and the joyful feeling that comes with finishing well what you start

Sunsets ablaze showing you how to see & protect what you believe in

Star gazing so you will always know where you are and may gently lead the way

Moon beams to help you celebrate you-true and pure love.

I wish for you…

to be lit from within by living intentionally. Don’t just let life happen to you. Make goals and then make them happen..

to clean & simplify

to create your space by feeling like you belong inside of your skin and inside of your life. That sense of belonging is essential. Do the work that gets you there, let go of the things that don’t.

to listen to your body and your inner-self and give you what you need. Even when it’s telling you what you don’t want to hear, listen anyway.

to discover exactly what you need to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit and then let it into your life.

to love things with passion. Delight in the little things. It’s the little moments that make up the bulk of our lives. Don’t overlook them, don’t cease to appreciate them
to give.

to receive an abundance of love, friendship, and support. Those things a happy life make. Seek out those things, even if it’s only from yourself.

to be flawed and know that you are worth loving and being cherished for exactly who you are. Let me repeat: You are worth loving.

to be nothing but yourself. love yourself. Deeply, completely, and unconditionally. If you strive for anything this year, strive for that.

to begin again, each time fearless

What is making you feel trapped?

Is it internal (scarcity beliefs, negative attitudes, thoughts that sabotage, etc) or external (not enough time, no money, limited resources, etc.)?

Write an escape plan for yourself.

By doing this exercise you will see you are not trapped, even if you do not implement your plan. Open your mind to the options and possibilities that are always available. Allow these plans to be visions of inspiration for your future. Dream BIG.

Imagine I have given you a magic wand; it can remove all your fear & doubt. Close your eyes, wave the wand and Abracadabra! you are free.

Now KNOW your dreams are believable and obtainable, what will you reach for?

Now that you are FREE, proclaim it to the world!

I announce my freedom from:

The fear of being totally, deeply, authentically and deliciously me!

Allowing anyone else to define my potential.

Using my energy for anything that doesn’t light me up

Dimming the awesomeness of my light because it might darken someone else

Thinking I have to play life by anybody’s rules but my own

From the belief of perfection to knowing I am perfectly imperfect!

Fear. Fear is an unfair, unjust ruler

I am free to…

Be perfectly imperfect me

Be who I am

Express my full self with joy and abandon

Shine my light

Love myself and my life

Make my own choices, have my own wild ideas and imaginings

Be a contradiction

Be filled with love, be love.

Be ME and that’s enough!

Know who I am is exactly, already perfectly just right

Remember those who died for yours…

Without the brave efforts of all the soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines and their families, this Nation, along with our allies around the world, would not stand so boldly, shine so brightly and live so freely. -Lane Evans

Fear & Shame

Fear monster

Problem: Fear.

False Evidence Appearing Real

Forgetting Everything’s All Right

aka scarcity mentality, bottom line-not enoughness

Antidote: Cultivate gratitude & joy. Fear is silenced by gratitude!

The dark does not destroy the light, it defines it. It’s our fear of the dark that casts our joy into the shadows –Brene Brown

Acknowledge the Fear.

Befriend and Release.

Understand & Overcome.

How to Overcome Fear by Brendom Bruchard The Charged Life podcast 2/20/2014

What if?!

Focus on Gain. Abundance, not scarcity, mindset.

See change & challenge as a GAME

Believe in yourself and release your fears

Have a conversation with your fear. Pause. Breathe deeply. Be still. Close your eyes and place you hands on your hear. Ask you fear

Why are you here?  What are you afraid of?

Allow the answer to come to you. No rush.

When fear has told you about its story, write down the answers

What do I need to do to set my fears free?

Believe you can release you fears & achieve your dreams after releasing your fears you will have space for your beautiful dreams to grow.

Fear Whisperer-laughter!

Fear & Shame-speak of it, shines light upon it and diminishes it’s power.

So take that fear & shame!!

Magic Gallop

Sparkle Magic wand

For those who are struggling. For those giving up. For those who forgot about magic.

Please don’t forget.

Love is miraculous. This Gallop video shows it magically!

Consider the power of perspective. Amazing what one can see if we just look deep enough. The positive and GREAT is there. Sometimes it takes a little digging and effort, but it IS there. Always.

Magic is there too. Always.

Hope is there too. Healing magic that hope stuff.

Hope is a function of struggle. Daring Greatly

What was one miraculous thing you did this past month?

Big or small. Doesn’t matter.

You are miraculous.

You are a miracle.

You are enough.
